Perfect Tea For Bracing Weather

This is my go-to cuppa for days when the central heat is on. I pair it with Key lime juice.

An underappreciated tea

This lapsang souchon is the perfect amount of smoky and deep. I appreciated that it didn't taste TOO smoky like some lapsang souchon teas I have had, which always end up tasting more artificial. Also great to infuse into gin and use to make cocktails like the Tea's Knees.

Very good value here

Charcoal notes that add to the taste and are not overpowering as in some Lapsangs. Allows the taste through of a good quality, slightly malty black tea.
