I enjoy green rooibos in the evenings and when I need to make sure I stay hydrated. It has a mild flavor that remains consistent over many re-steepings. In fact, I'd say it has the most re-steep value of any tea I have ever had. It's not the flashiest tea on my shelf but it is highly reliable. My collection wouldn't be complete without it!
